T24 HERS INSPECTION
Did you recently install or have any alterations to your heating or air-conditioning system?
Title 24 H.E.R.S. (Home Energy Rating Systems). Homes in California are required to meet California Energy Efficiency Standards. H.E.R.S Raters will conduct field verification and diagnostic testing on the equipment installed to make sure it meets the requirements of the energy codes. The contractor must fix all issues before the permit can be completed.

BUILDING ENERGY SAVING
ORDINANCE (BESO)

Property owners are required to comply with the Building Emissions Saving Ordinance (BESO) requirements before listing your building for sale. You will need to hire a qualified assessor to perform an onsite audit and complete an energy assessment report. Advanced Lower Home Energy can complete this report and provide a copy to the city and potential buyers.
